I turn 18 tomorrow and I would appreciate any advice on where the best place to take the PAL course/test in Winnipeg would be. I know Cabela's offers the course but I've heard they only do it once a month and I would like to do it as soon as possible. Also, would you recommend just taking the test for someone who has a decent knowledge of firearms, complete knowledge of basic safety but limited actual handling of firearms?
