Looking for advice on a left hand bolt action coyote rifle

The CZ definitely comes in a lefty. American and Lux versions.
I'd vote the Tikka as I said before. If you can find a varmint profile I'd look at that or maybe the CTR for the heavier barrel profile and 10 round mags.

If your gonna carry your rifle then I would go as light as possible - my choice would be a Tikka in 204 Ruger - this is what I am using now for coyotes with the factory barrel - do have a custom barrel ready to get cut/installed (HW Precision) you can not beat the speed of the 20 caliber -
CTR is out of my price range. And I prefer the lighter barrel to get the lighter rifle..
I have a Tikka T3X 223 1-8 Twist -Its My Fav carry Varmit Rifle ! Close second is my Rem M700 VSF 204 Ruger and least would be my RECENTLY Sold CZ527 223 1-9 twist JMO RJ
I’ve got a mitt-full of experience with a CZ527 that will keep me away from them till proven otherwise. Pm me if you’d like to hear them. And a mitt-full of positive experience to go with the T3. I own one in 204R and the only negative thing I can say about it is it doesn’t shoot the 40gr vmax. Must be the rifling cuz it’s fine to 100yd but after that accuracy goes downhill fast. But it loves 39gr so that’s what I use. Can be hard on fur if you’re close in but it certainly puts them yotes down.
