Looking for advice on best AR15 20inch barrel instock

Krieger - one of, if not the most well respected custom 'match' barrel makers out there.
I think Jerry with MysticPrecision amongst others that deal with Krieger can get them, although you are unlikely to find a pre- cut one in stock.
No experience with Rainier, but that might be an option for you:

yep, I can offer match barrels from Shilen, Krieger and McGowen.. maybe CarbonSix
If match results are any indicator of where AR tech in the US is, 5 of the top 6 shooters at the 2016 CMP Nationals used Shilen AR match barrels.
Krieger is a consistent top performer.
If not looking for the utmost in accuracy but better then commonly available barrels, McGowen should get a look... less money too. Good enough for me to beat the AR sub MOA challenge in 2016. I believe my results were one of the smallest average groups for those who posted results.
