If your looking for a shorter barel try Dlask.You can get a 14 inch or a 12,5 inch.

Wholesale Sports carry an 18'' for $140. I'm happy with mine and it's a lot cheaper than Dlask.

Nope, can't cut it shorter than 18.5 inches.
If you want 14" buy the Dlask barrel instead.

A 18 1/2 in barrel made by Mossberg for the Remington 870 is listed at $119.95 at WHOLESALE SPORTS look under Mossberg then barrels. I have 2 and they are great.
