Looking for an AR in 7.62x39

I'd like to mount a scope to the windham weaponry ar15.
I have a Leopold vx2 in 2-7x33 that is collecting dust.
What mount would work?
I was thinking of buying a Leopold IMS or Burris P.E.P.R.

^I like the idea of a DI gun over a gas piston to be honest.

Looking at the CMMG website the other versions just look to have a different grip and stock, or is there more to it?

NEA? Hells no!
Even their 5.56/.223 ARs are notoriously problematic. (Some individual units work fine, but the rate of crap ones is higher than other manufacturers).
Add in the fact that 7.62x39 in an AR presents even more design challenges, and stay away from that garbage.

The CMMG MK47 looks very interesting, as it takes AK mags and has beefy bolt lugs (adapted from a 308 bolt).
I have always been intrigued by the PWS long-stroke ARs chambered in 7.62x39. If I had to pick one, it would be the PWS.

Shot next to a guy with a WW15 in x39 the other day who seemed pretty stoked on it. I'd certainly go that way rather than an NEA. Which is a shame because I *still* want to like NEA.

I had the NEA upper and had no issues, very accurate actually. My lower needed a high power hammer spring to ignite surplus primers.
I would try the WW-15 at this point though.
