Does anyone know where I can find one of these? I'd prefer it in non-restricted, but I'll take a restricted one too.

Try Questar, their one of the site sponsors. They were the ones who brought them in before. You could also try one of the importers to see if they could bring one in for you from the US. There's a few of them like Prophet River and IRUNGUNS
