Looking for barrel crowning tool for mosin nagant

Try "accumounts" or "accumount" on the inyternet. They have a crowning tool somewhere on their site.
I've also heard of old timers using modified manual Lee case trimmers to recrown rifles (which is much cheaper), using the case pilot to go into the bore and rigging up a way to twist/screw the tool to cut a new crown. I don't know how effective this method is.

"...how accurate that would be..." A crowning tool isn't accurate or not accurate. It's just a cutting tool.
How you cut the barrel is more important. The muzzle has to be square with the barrel's sides. Using something like a hack saw makes that harder to do.
