Only go over to milsurps with that request if you are prepared to be completely and utterly flamed for your question. Drilling and tapping a milsurp to mount a scope is a huge no no and is uber ###.

B-Square has some no gunsmith mounts that replace the rear sight. I have one on a No.4 thats working well, i got it a bunch of years ago at wholesale sports.
