Did you ever find this powder at brass poo? I had a friend go there looking for me on Monday. He didn't know what he was looking for (other than the name and what it was for) and the people working there didn't know squat about it either but that could be right on par with there knowledge with about anything in the store as well.

Tried some in a 40-65, seems OK, but for the price - ugh!
Blackhorn website has loads for ML and Cartridges.

If you go to loaddata.com - to the articles section, you can access a PDF which lists loads for BPCR. These loads are in grains, but there is also a load density column. Looking at the loads listed, most are at the 100% load density mark and for BPCR not listed, you can contact them(Western Powders) via phone or email for recommendations - for me using the 40-82 WCF, it was recommended I go with 90% load density and work up. I like the fact that most 100% loads run right at the original factory velocities. So, yes, one could possibly use it by volume like black powder at that stage. Also, note the very small standard deviations listed - another nice thing about BH 209.
