Accuracy Plus in Peterborough Ontario carries 12 gauge 2 3/4 Brennekes in regular stock last time I called. (about 3 months ago)
Any other gauge (not regular stock) or 3 inch variant is special order only, and minumum by the flat, and must be pre-paid IIRC.

Edit: Also try WSS in Saskatoon. They have carried it in the past, but last time I checked it was a long time ago.
