EE or #######. Why though, bulk at the above mentioned stores is new, packaged nicely and a reasonable price. Also, it can be purchased in person.

See if Cabelas can sell you bulk 7.62x39 cause their single box norinco red box price can be cheaper per round than most of the bulk I've seen when it goes on sale. Not by a large margin but by a few dollars, still could be worth looking into.

Edit: as for the others, tenda is my usual spot to go for bulk
