I'm a big fan of my NEA upper and genII lower. Most of the site sponsors sell fab and NEA. Hical sells the bctactical as mentioned. Wolverine sells a b&t quad rail if your rich, as well as a newer/cheaper polymer kit as well (not sure the brand?), and most of the other aforementioned brands as well.
