You will be hard pressed to find one in stock somewhere. Any of the dealers that carry Traditions or Lyman can and will order one in for you.
I recently inquired with our Traditions wholesaler for a guy regarding one of their Hawken kits - price would have been well north of 500 bucks (A Lyman Great Plains "kit" starts near $700).
The finished rifle, ready to go is less than 100 bucks over those price. The kits should not be looked at a cost saving measure. If you are interested in "doing it yourself" that's one thing, but if you are trying to get in "cheap", those days are just plain gone now. Low demand for the kits has caused the price to go up. Plus, with a 75 cent Canadian dollar, and the product coming from the US really doesn't help.
Dealers can get them, just don't carry them because there is such a small market and most of the importers don't import them unless specifically ordered. That's all due to lack of demand.
