It's my understanding that Wilke is now sold out on these. Apparently Collectors Source may have some, although they are not listed on their website.

Collectors Source Did Have A M3 For $800. One Coming Up At Bud Haynes Auction, Picture Looks Rough. Rare Stuff, Got My M3 Years Ago For $300. Rough Also, But Looks Better Every Year As They Get Scarcer.

Only problem with a M-3 is it takes another $800 or so to make it into a M2. Cocking handle with sideplate, rear spade grips, front sight base (trunnion has to be built up to accept the front sight guard) and rear sight bracket comlpete, along with the barrel and the barrel jacket.
