Looking for feed back on Fierce

I was not a fan of my fierce. Nice rifle but mine was in 300 rum. Because the action is a sako clone it did not eject shells well just like sako rifles don’t with 375hh length cartridges. I sent it in for warranty and got a new rifle. It ejected but just barely.
I’m thinking it would have been a great rifle if I got it in a shorter action length.

A buddy of mine has a newer 7 rem mag and it’s great but the painted finish on the stock is junk and his paint has warn down to the primer after one season. He’s on his second season now and it looks horrible.

All three rifles shot great

I see a lot of comments from those that don’t own a Fierce so take all their comments with a grain salt.
I have a Fierce CT EDGE in 6.5 PRC fit and Finnish is perfect. No issues getting .5” groups. 156 Berger’s at 3000 FPS is a nice load for my
Rifle.

I have a Carbon Edge in 338 Lapua. Not a ton of trigger time yet but absolutely no complaints. Comes in at 7lb 4oz. I don’t need a super light weight but it allowed me to go a little heavier with the scope without having an overly heavy rifle.

Thanks guys, not sure what scope I should put on it, most likely to start with anyways will be a 3-15x44, VX5HD-ZL2, impact-29 reticle...eyeing up a V4 6-24x50 with ZMOAi-20 reticle.

Got Talley 30mm med 20moa rings on the way and Redding type-s dies.

Have 2 boxes of Berger 140 VLD's and 9 boxes of Hornady 143ELDX's on hand plus some 140 SST's, will try some 156 EOL's when I find some.

Hopefully it will perform as advertised...

Yeah I did but don't really like the reticle options or the limited elevation on x18 and certainly not the silly 3 colour dots for range markings on the turret.

However Swarovski glass is fantastic!

I have a CT EDGE in .300 Win Mag. I love it, super light and super accurate. Carbon fiber barrel, carbon fiber stock, titanium action, it's hard to be lighter than that. Also put in a carbon fiber bipod from Tier One USA and a Magpul QD sling. On top a Swarovski Z8. It's now my official moose and long range rifle. For deer I use a Tikka T3x Arctic.

That one opinion would be enough to look towards a Kimber from Yonkers myself.
