no it's not an f/a- full auto- it left the factory as a semi auto with a plastic baggie attached that had the selector switch and spring inside attached to the trigger guard- it was up to battalion command as to whether to convert to selective fire or not-when the isreali m14s were imported , further,the roller bearing was ground off and the piece welded shut so it cannot fire full-
