Looking for Glock Trigger options and opinions

I have a G21 3rd gen that Im going to use strictly as a range gun so id like to improve the trigger with a lighter/crisper pull and get some better night sights as well. Opinions please from fellow glock owners

Got a 26 with a NY trigger and a 30 with a stock trigger. For me the NY is fine though a bit on the heavy side for old fashioned bullseye. My 30 has a nice let off
and the stock trigger is just right for me. The various 3.5lb options are a little too light for my tastes.

You can get a 3.5lb connector and that helps, also an over travel / trigger stop. This will make a big difference, then you can take it further with swapping out springs with a wolf competition kit. My trigger reset became slow and mushy after replacing the trigger spring, I think I'm going to put the factory trigger spring back in, but leave the wolf striker spring and firing pin block spring in place. You could also swap out the whole trigger group with replacement like Vogel, Travis Hayley skimmer etc.. but I have no experience with these.

In my opinion night sights are a waste of money (mostly). Glock sights work, Snake eye's from Dead Ringiner are different... and what I'm using now and like are the Trijicon HD night sights with the rears blacked out. This combination has worked well in IPSC / USPSA and tactical classes I've shot in.

I installed a Ghost Rocket 3.5 connector in my G17 and loved the results. Put green/orange MeproLight sights on and love them too!

I would start with a 3.5 connector, keep the stock springs. and see how it works for you. It will lighten the trigger. I did the same, and am happy with the results.

i like 3.5# connector with extra power connector spring, takes the mush right out and better reset....

For around $150 you can get an awesome trigger in the glock...I had mine at around 2.75# with a clean break and adjustable pre-travel and over-travel. Problem is you'll likely need an extended striker too which isn't overly cheap.

I'd start with a 3.5# disconnector as mentioned above and a 25 cent trigger job which can be seen on youtube. Then go from there.

BTW, there will soon be 100 comments in this thread saying how you lack fundamentals and you shouldn't need an aftermarket or modified trigger...you can ignore those people.
