I've bought 1lb quantities from them many times... often it comes in a plastic bag inside a box, rather than in a canister. I think their 'usual' size is 7lbs IIRC?

Check with Bass Pro in Calgary, I bought 2 lbs last week and apparently they just got in a new shipment.
