Looking for HK retailer and LEM trigger upgrade

Looking to buy my first handgun

On the wish list:

H&K SFP9 or SIG P320 but leaning towards the H&K, I've always been a fan.

Would also consider a DA/Sa like the P30L or USP but would love to do the LEM trigger upgrade

Wondering if anyone can point me towards the best retailer for H&K in Canada and if theres a gunsmith who can do the LEM uograde? I'm based in BC
 
have to use an importer as Hk parts are almost non-existant and the lack of support from North Sylva have pushed people to buy them from the US.

Go with a P320, its a comparable gun with only 2/3 of the cost.

LEM trigger conversion is drop in with no fitting required. If you can change a light bulb, u can do it
 
Thanks for the advice. Once the borders open up, is there any restrictions on importing gun parts like the triggers across the border. I have a mailbox in the states that I regularly ship my good to (pre-covid). Would declare the parts to customs of course.

Yes, I tried to order a match trigger kit from brownells and they told me HK parts can’t be exported to Canada
 
Meaning that it's impossible to get HK Parts in Canada?

Leaning towards picking up the USP Expert and doing the Match / LEM hybrid with these parts below



Match + LEM Hybrid (from factory Match)
If your pistol comes with a Match Trigger from factory (Expert, Elite, Match, or Tactical but not USP9SD or Compact Tacticals) and you want to convert it to a Match LEM Hybrid trigger, all you need are some of the LEM parts.

Required Parts
1. LEM Sear (50219439 or 219439)
2. LEM Cocking Piece (50219443 or 219443)
3. LEM Hammer (50219452 or 219452)
4. LEM Hammer Axle (50214258 or 214258)
5. LEM Cocking Piece Spring (50219444 or 219444)
6. Light TRS (209266)
7. Catch (50219442 or 219442) <-- only for early 2005 (AF) or earlier date code

Meaning, you’ll have to get a dealer to order them in from North Sylva unfortunately. Unless Prophet river or I run guns can get them quicker.

Contact Casey @ TacOrd, both himself and Peter are HK Armourers, they can install it and probably source the parts.
