Dumb, eh ? Nice.
If you are talking about the part where I said that large quantities of powder were to be stored in a wooden container - that is what I was told around 50 years ago. I was simply trying to validate, what the OP mentioned about it. In the posted regs, there is some mention of using wood in some applications - shelves, etc. - so I'm assuming there still must be something to it.

Because far too many people like to "share" incorrect information. It isn't a pissing match when only one side has all the piss.
