I've been looking at getting a Buckmark rifle for sometime now and will probably be getting one this spring no mater what. Love the looks and the handling!! I just find it hard to find many gun revues on it, I found a couple but they dont answer most of my questions, also they were done some time ago.

Question #1
Is the Target version much more accurate then the Sporter, Did anybody actualy compare the two?

Question#2
Also on the accuracy, how those it fare against other semi 22's?

Question #3
Reliabilaty and maintenance.

I would prefer Facts if possible. No so much interested in opinions;)

Gonna go out on a limb here. First off , it's not a target gun, don't see any serious target semi-auto guns out there. Second, my OPINION is that the hb version detracts from the feel of this fine "lightweight" carbine. Third, and most important is " How well do you shoot?" The sporter that I have with a Weaver 3-9 x32 AO will shoot better than I am capable of. Looking forward to a great gopher season.

Well thas true I'm not that great of a shot:redface: And I dont plan on doing any real serious target shooting, maybe the occational fun shoot at at the club with the boys but that's it. What I realy want to do is some plinking and hunting.
Like you said metalbender the lightweight and handling is what is so interesting about this GUN in the first place.
Thanks

Mine shoots great! (again..shoots BETTER that I can).
Light, easy to carry and NEVER had a problem with it.
Highly recommended....:D
