Looking for info on parker hale midland action!!!

Hi there, was just given one of these by a friend, barrel is bent, it was in 270 win, barrel is not usable, however i want to make another rifle with it, does anyone know if mauser large ring barrels will go on these actions?? Or would i have to order one to fit threads?? My plans are to make a heavy barreled rifle
cal unsure yet, however id entertain any ideas one would have
i do have a stock for it, and have a bold trugger for it, also using an fn mauser floorplate instead of the cheapy looking factory one

Barrel is basically like a large ring 98, except the shank is longer. If there is enough shoulder, a Mauser sporter barrel can be adapted.
 
I'm not familiar with mauser large ring barrels, but the nominal diameter of the barrel thread for my midland 2100 is 1.1 inches, 12 threads per inch.
 
need barrel for parker hale midland

im looking into turning this rifle into something nice, im in market for a barrel,
would like it clean no sights, but if it has em, oh well,lol, i like the 7mm cals
especially 7mm-08 and 7x57, will consider other cals, gun was previosly a 270 so keep within that length of cartridge, used or new barrel would be fine, as long as i dont have to re finance my car to pay for it,lol, not needing match accuracy, a decent quality hunting barrel is fine, let me k now what you have
