Looking for info on this gun

I bought a gun on the EE a few months back as part of a package deal, and I cant really seem to find much info on it. I am just curious if it is missing something in the action? and what is it worth?

It says Model 2600-SPAIN-3" CHAMBER NORICA

I have test fired it with snap caps and it will pull the shell out of the chamber when you open the bolt but will not throw the shell, is that normal? should there not be some sort of floor plate in the action? Sorry, I am fairly new to guns.
 
I would think it should kick the shell out when you open the bolt. I can't tell by the pics but is it supposed to have a magazine? Either way value won't be more than $75.00--$100.00 if it is not functioning properly.
 
Is "Arizmendi" markded anywhere on it? Appears to be a patent copy of an old Mossberg.
May initially have had an internal magazine, but since converted by a "bubba" to a single shot by filling the mag well.
