Looks like a Turkish aka Levantine pistol, they do not go for big money like European or US flitlock pistols.

Nice looking piece, I would concur on Turkish/Persian and perhaps further North in the Caucasus. The grooved frizzen was typical for the area. Value out here $300-$500 range depending on how much you like it.

Shame about the missing inlaid jewellery on the lock-plate, though.
