From John Belton's book---The Ace lll is a single shot, 20" barrel, small round ball bolt from approximately 1929-1933. In addition to open sights, some had a folding peep sight on the end of the receiver. The overall length is 37 inches with a weight of 4 pounds. It had a fluted forearm. Value depends on condition. Could be from $75.00 or less for one in rough shape to a high of probably around $175.00 if in very nice original condition. It would have to be a collector though that will pay the top price, not just someone wanting a shooter. If it was the Ace ll it would be worth a little more as the Ace ll is quite uncommon.
