Looking for input on a few scopes thanks

Unless weight is of huge concern, not really any reason not to go to a variable these days. The benefits they offer are considerable.

Ok so looking at the M223 line, they are pretty much monarchs with uncapped knobs.. nice.

Yup, P series is the Prostaff 2 piece build at a lower price point. M is the one piece Monarch build. These scopes are calibrated for the load you see them described as but can still be matched using our ballistic software as well.

Last question (hopefully lol), can I use a P22 scope on a 30-30 for example? Or are they also recoil sensitive?

Thanks

I have 2 of the 2-8 Monarchs, the Burris and a Nikon Prostaff. For my eyes the Monarch is much more clear and I will be putting another one on any new rifle that I buy. This year I was hunting with a friend who has VXII's on all of his rifles. He looked through my Monarch and said I have to get one of these. You can get a better scope but in my opinion you have to pay a lot more for it.

Thanks, they all look like great options. Now I'm just not sure between 2-8 or 1-4.

I would get 1-4, but is the x4 setting on the 1-4 the same as the x4 setting on the 2-8 in terms of eye relief and low light usability?
