"...a copy that isn't going to..." Don't think I'd hold my breath looking for a 1986 vintage book for cheap. Barnes and Noble wants $60USD.

Nothing official has been published. I converted my issue to pdf and it is nice to read on the ipad. For a laptop you are better off with the complete Handloader back issues because there are recent updates to many calibers that Ken wrote about.
 
I bought a good copy from a seller on ABE books Shipping was 'way more than the book price, but YMMV. Anyway, it is a great reference, especially for older or less common calibres.
