I have been ethically hunting for over ten years in BC. and have never wounded and left a animal, I will not take a shot I am not sure of. I have just moved to Regina with my young family and with a brand new baby have not had much time in the bush this year. would really appreciate the use of your land and will not leave any mess behind. I will be hunting white tails this year Nov 20-27. I am also willing to help with coyote/hog problems after deer season. If you have no land but have a number of a land owner who has let you hunt in the past please pm me. or know a good hunting spot please pass it on.

Thank you from me and my family.

Another place you can try posting is in an ad on Kijiji, especially for coyotes/hogs in the livestock section. Usually if they're going to let you hunt coyotes they'll have no problem with you hunting big game on their land either. You might get more exposure to land owners in the area on there than here.

Funny, I make a similar thread and got totally called out for being lazy.

Anyways, I only visit the area and have relative there but the valley areas are especially nice if you want to chase mule deer, Qu'appelle Valley type areas are amazing.

I will only have a white tail tag. There is nothing lazy about helping each other out. I got a email asking for $2000 to tell me where a hunting spot was that had "monster bucks" could send photos. delete!

Give the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation office in Moose Jaw a call. They have a book of maps of all Habitat Trust and Wildlife Development Fund lands. These are lands open to public hunting. RM maps will also show these public lands.

Yep, they are there about 16-21 places to hunt. But on the first opening day of rifle WT, they can be downright dangerous places until the crowd thins out.

You gotta go out and do the leg work. Go get an RM map and meet some farmers. Meeting someone face to face vs an anonymous person on the web is the way to.

^Best advice here. Bar none.

The Qu'Appelle river valley is beautiful indeed. But you have to know the safe places to hunt as it's dotted with Indian Reserves. And some are marked better then others.

IE-If you start hunting on private land near Woolsley, as you decend into the river valley gorges there is almost no signage as you cross into Cowesses or Sakimay IR.
