Looking for mags

Try Gunnar at Armco for Metalform mags or ww w.trippresearch.com. I have heard great things about Tripp's mags.

The Wilson Combat 500 Tactical magazine in .45 may be another valid (9-rd in .40) option (according to Brian Enos).

For 40S&W/10mm: The feed lips on the "Tactical Series" 45 mag works perfectly with 40 S&W/10mm. Although Wilson does not advertise this mag to work with 40/10mm, I do - in case you prefer the "Tactical Series" mag improvements over the 47NX 40/10mm mag.

I have an STI Trojan in 40. I have some 8 and 10 round Metalform mags. I have had a lot of feeding issues with both.

I tried an 8 round 45 CMC mag today and it seemd to work flawlessly. I put about 40 rounds through it without an issue.

I have heard nothing but good things about the Tripp mags from people I know, but have yet to try one in my gun. I am looking into ordering Tripp's mag upgrade kits for the Metalforms I have. I am not sure if he sells these kits for the 40 but he does have them for 45 on his sight.
