Not sure if it is legal or not. I have a hand call and use mp3s on my foxpro to practice. It is also loaded with geese, ducks, kittens..

Check your provincial regulations. Even though Migratory birds are federally regulated there is also provincial regulations for them and in some provinces e-callers are allowed for certain species. As of 2013 it was legal to use an e-caller for snow geese in SK in both the regular fall season and the spring conservation order and in conjunction with hunting other species. Just so long as your e-caller isn't loaded with other waterfowl species sounds
A quick call to the Ontario MNR has shown that electronic calls for doves are illegal for doves. Only exception here is snow geese in the spring hunt.
That aside, if anyone happens along a downloadable dove call, please let me know.
try some of the 'lite' (free) bird ID apps (stick with the main North American ones, not world wide). Mourning Dove is often included and they all have a 'song/call' section. Press play and keep it on loop.
