24 tpi is not a common thread pitch for firearms. Pretty much everything will be 28 tpi.

Yes, I know, very uncommon. No, they will not ship internationally. Since it's just an adapter that can be used for any number of applications, I thought they might ship... but not so.

It's something a gunsmith can custom make fairly easily... it will cost more than the cnc mass produced ones... stainless would be cheaper...

If I still had my lathe I could make you one in stainless for $ 75
