Looking for new rifle caliber suggestions

I currently have a 223, 22-250 and a 300 ultra mag. I am looking for a caliber in the middle of the varmint cartridges and the ultra mag. I was thinking maybe 270 win or 308 win. What would you pick keeping in mind the calibers I currently own?
 
I filled a gap with a .243 win. I already had a .270. there is always gaps they just get smaller. Now i need a .257 to fill the gap between those two. The .243 is pretty sweet. I hand load and there is tons of bullet options in 6mm.
 
I see that you're the high velocity type ;)
You definitively need a 270 WSM or a 7 Rem Mag!
If you want longer barrel life 7mm-08, 270 Win or 280 are better choices.

I am definitely a fan of the 243 as I use to own one. I will have another some day just not right now.

Keep the ideas coming guys I like your choices and have seen some calibres I didn't even think about.
