Looking for non-restricted semi-auto center fire rifle suitable for deer hunting

In MB, 23 caliber is "Recommended," but there is no actual regulated floor, other than centrefire. I've got my 858-2, and my Barnes 123 TSX bullets, all ready to go. I don't own a chrony, but these print 20 inches higher than the surplus, so I can only assume they are flying out the barrel. I'm all sighted and ready to go for deer next week.
So long as you have a fast twist barrel, and use good quality heavy non-varmint bullets, there is no reason 223 can't kill deer.

(Once again, I make my offer, if anyone wants the loading data sheet Barnes sent me for Barnes 123gr bullets for 7.62x39, PM me with your email address, I'll send it to you. This info is not on Barnes site, nor is it in their loading manual)
