Nope, when talking about HP every one counts. My car dyno'd 197 to the wheels so I say 200 but to the waterheads out there that don't know much about cars I usually add that if you want a number to compare to a factory rating it's about 250HP at the crank because of the driveline losses, then explain that just because their pickup truck manufacturer says it has 400HP doesn't mean the truck is faster than my car, it's power to weight so that 400HP truck becomes around 300 to the wheels with 25% losses through a 4wd system and then remember the truck is 6000 pounds and my car is half that.

Perhaps next time I shall include a disclaimer "my statement does not in any way relate to the random picture attached" for more simple minded folks - that way we can focus on helping the OP.

let's get a summation of your contribution so far:

- your choice is a Modern Varminter because it is the lightest rifle in the class as it can be had for 6lbs and is the only one to include a match grade barrel and match grade trigger.
- you were called on the veracity all of those claims and you started back tracking to save face.
- 6 lbs went to 6.75 lbs and now it seems to mean 6 to 7 lbs because, you know - 1/4 mile track times.
- those of us who found (and possibly still find?) the humorous side to your posts and are pointing out the folly of them in a light hearted way are idiots and trolls.

I think the full sized Swiss Arms is weighing in around the portly side of 8lbs dry.
If I take sh!t off of it required to shoot with it and post a photo of it on the Internet sitting on a kitchen scale at 6lbs 12oz. Would that still make me a troll? Lol - just kidding, all rhetorical of course.
