I tried to search, but no luck. Maybe, someone knows where on Canada I can grab old style ARMS #18 mount. I am looking for one like below. I know there is an option to get Promag, but prefer ARMS brand

They don't make them that way and are very hard to find. It's fairly easy to machine the new ones into an old style if you can find someone to do it.

Try Jerry @ Mystic Precision, he might have the Promag knock off in stock. I bought one from him, but have yet to try it. Seems to be well built upon inspection.
Other than the promag, I think you will just have to watch the EE for one, or modify a new model...

Good luck!

yeah, I might do that, I have buddy who can machine new one(need to get specs to get thing done properly). Not familiar with Promag, how are those holding zero, etc?

I've had both the ProMag and the Arms. The Arms is worth the extra $$ just for piece of mind on holding zero. I had to exchange my first Promag, which was machined way out of spec. The second one was pretty finicky with mounting flush.

With the new style arms mounted, I swapped in some USGI bolt springs from Treeline to avoid stovepipes. It took a couple of hundred rounds to break in the springs to the point where stovepipes stopped. Other people trim down their Chinese springs.
