Not sure if this post should be in optics or here, but anyway...A while back I took the sweet Bushnell scope off my .22 to go on my .308... And was walking through canadian tire and saw an opened box 4x tasco cheapy for like 5 bucks... I thought geesh, that would be great for my .22 until I can afford another piece of good glass.
Well I think I know why the package was opened and brought back... It says clearly on the box, "for rimfire rifles" but what it doesn't say is the teeth for the rail are way too narrow to fit on my picatinny system. What the heck?
So I spent some time searching ebay and amazon for ring mounts for this cheap thing...the thing is, the scope is only 20mm in diameter. All the ring mounts I can find are 25.4mm, 30mm or 1".
Do any of you know where I can find some cheap ring mounts for a cheap scope?
