Looking for PU scope / mount installer in Ontario

Hi folks. Wondering if anyone knows a smith or installer for a PU scope on a Mosin.

They must have prior experience with PU Scope install.

Bullseye in London used to carry a ton of PU snipers. They must have someone there that knows a thing or two.
