RCBS Matchmaster Seater die, 243 Win

Looking for one of these for my wife. I think this will make things far easier for her. Top loading and click adjust just eliminates so many pitfalls for someone who is not mechanically inclined.

Anyone know where to find them in Canada? They're like hens teeth around here.

I don't think we need the full set, but if that is all I can find, so be it.

Order direct from RCBS to a U.S. post box then pick up and pay duty if required. It's not gun parts... Cheapest way to do it and perfectly legal. Cheers

In theory, this tool would serve most needs of the average reloader and could be (with a bit of tweaking) a real winner - particularly with the speed and convenience in which you're able to load bullets. But, imho, the reason you see so many of these kits for sale after purchase is due to the fact that some bullet shapes simply do not work very well, such as secant ogive bullets. I pulled my hair out with this tool trying to make it work sufficiently well with Accubond bullets. More often than not, the bullet would jam off-set due to the "design flaw" that seems to contribute to the difficulty in aligning certain types of bullets.

Having said all that, it works very well with rounder or tangent (and hybrid) style bullet shapes. It maintains the seating depth setting and overall is well suited for these type of bullet shapes. I've since moved to a Redding seating mic and haven't had any issues since. But I still use the Frankfort for tangent style bullets and non polymer tipped.
 
You can order dies direct from the US, but shipping costs more.

Natchez Shooter Supply has it in stock for USD124. They also have the Lee micrometer precision seating die for USD25.

I've bought from Natchez many times but not in the last couple years. Excellent customer service

Lol, i know this scenario. you're in trouble if you offer to help, and if things go bad you'll be in trouble for not helping.

Every once in a while it's OK to tell your sweet wife to go fk herself when she deserves it. . In fact it's necessary in a good marriage.

LOL! No need, we use inappropriate and nerdy humor around here. Works for us.

Besides, it only took shooting one load ladder to get her hooked. The fun is only just beginning.
