I'm in the process of finishing off a 10/22 Tommy Gun conversion project and am looking to replace the standard curved bolt handle with an extended hollow round type similar to that found on an actual WW II era M1A1 Thompson. I haven't been able to find one locally and was hoping you guys might be able to point me in the right direction. Any ideas, help, etc., much appreciated. :)

I'm in the same boat.....
Problem I'm having is that the "Thompson" receiver kit I installed adds an extra bit of material around the ejection port - which means any commercial one's don't quite fit without modification.

I am too looking for a charging handle and can't find anything in Canada (or US that will ship to Canada).

Anyone else know where to get a freaking big bolt handle? (other than the above) The one listed above might make due, but is not my first choice.

google is your friend.

When I did my Tommy gun, I researched quite a bit and came up empty. Machined my own one piece handle. Bit of head scratching but it came out pretty good. Sequence of machining operations is critical.

Not a kit. Machined from bar stock aluminum. Saw a pic on here of one done by a fellow gunnut here in Canada. Looked far superior to the add on kit, but lots of fun in the thinking and building. Did it up both ways, gangster and commando style. Just change the fore grip and use a dummy stick mag.
