i dont think anyone is particularly happy that they are the warranty center for canada.
i personally have had better customer service from a Lemon-aid Stand on the side of the road in summer time.

FOUND IT !!!!! Was on the garage door entry mat ........ been walking on it for 2 weeks , actually it was my lovely wife that found it
