Looking for scope repair facility for german scope?

I have a Pecar scope tht need an over haul? anyone know of a repair facility?

I am also looking for a Canadian scope repair business that can re-glue seperated lens halves & nitrogen purge & re-seal a Kahles scope.
Maybe someone can tell me what to use to cement the glass & I will forgo the nitrogen process? How about filling it with argon from my mig welder?
Someone in Can. must do this work, I heared of someone in Victoria area a few years ago but don't know who or if they are still in business.

I found this Ontario company very helpful with my Kahles scope. which is Austrian, not German...
