Looking for See All Sights

Does anyone know of a good Canadian source for See All sights? I know about Questar, but they are out of stock.

I am looking for an alternative to a red dot on my short 10/22. I am finding the red dot does not show up in bright sun, against light coloured backgrounds. My buddy Elimsprint has a See All on his short 10/22 and I was quite impressed (he bought his used on the EE).
