looking for sights for a Ruger MKII with tapered barel

Like the title says, I`m looking to upgrade the factory sights of my Ruger MKII with a tapered barrel to slightly better ones that are easier to be seen. Not looking for scopes etc. Also dealer source please.

Been looking for a set of Tech Sights for mine! No go in Canada that I can find sadly.
