Looking for some 10/22 parts. Need help finding them

Im looking for some pretty basic 10/22 parts but ive been out of the .22 game too long. I dont know where too look anymore.

Im looking for a threaded 920 contour barrel. I dont want to spend $300 on it. I was hoping to keep it under $200 taxes and shipping in. Anyone know where I can find one?
Im looking for some stock 10 round mags and the DUAL mag coupler. I dont want the Tri coupler. Any ideas where I might find these?
Extended charging handle and mag release (the one that extends right under the trigger guard). Ive seen some, but many seem to be out of stock.

Im thinking about using the Promag 10/22 target stock. Its a pretty cool looking piece without going full tacticool with a Marauder or 556 kit (been there, dont want that).

Any help with this stuff would be appreciated. Ive got the basic blued model right now and im not looking to build anything incredible. Just want a decent heavy barrel with a compensator, a nice charging handle, 4 mags coupled in pairs and a functional mag release. Having trouble finding it all though.

Most of the parts are available thru Brownells... Sadly Brownells is still B/O on the mags... My order has been in for 3 months now... :-(

For Barrel you can get a Dlask, I think they are the cheapest.

The best stock IMHO is the Hogue for a 10/22

As for the mag couplers, They sound like a good idea and thats about it... I actually left mine at the range... lol...

I have the ProMag Archangel deluxe target stock, very pleased with the way it performs.

Gerry at Mystic Precision (CGN site sponsor) has these & he gives excellent service.
 
Jerry at mystic, also sells barrels that are made to your specifications when ordered, price isn't that bad either.
