Looking for some other powder coats that adhere well

Yes it's one coat only and as per Yommomma it does seem to go on thick even though I tried my best to shake off any excess. The first time I used it a few months ago I didn't shake the basket well enought and it went on way to thick ...like it pooled at the base of the boolits so this time I made sure to really shake it well.

I would rather have it go on thicker than thinner as post-PC sizing will still get it down to the desired diameter. I try to add just enough PC to the shake & bake container so that there is almost no excess powder left once the bullets have been coated. If coverage seems a little spotty I can always add a little more PC & swirl a little longer but once the PC is on the bullets it seems to be hard to shake off, especially if they have been pre-heated. This technique seems to help minimize the problem of overcoating.

I'll definitely be giving this colour a try. Now if I can just find a green that gives a decent coating.

The coverage looks very good but I'm curious as to why all the bases look uncoated. Did you shake & bake these or were they done with a PC gun? I'm guessing the colour difference in the two pics is just because of lighting.

You have to have the right kind of container for shake and bake PC. It has to have a certain number in the triangle of the plastic jug to give the correct charge to the bullets, so the PC sticks.
Research it.

Guess is it might be stuck to the parchment paper. I found using non-stick foil works best for me

It didn't "stick" to the parchment paper but it does always turn out a different colour looking like it didn't coat but it is coated. I've tried the non stick foil as well as the non stick silicone cooking sheet and they all gave me basically the same result. Not sure how to avoid it and yes I'm using the shake and bake method. I even use tweezers to place them on the paper standing up so there is no loss of power on the bottom and they still come up the same way. ...Coated but just not shiny like the rest of the boolit.

Understood. I've seen the same thing on mine but the lighting in your picture makes it look like bare lead.

Can't you simply say what the triangle # is? Or is it a big secret?

I use a 2kg Kraft peanutbutter plastic jar (class 5) with screw on lid (also 5), and a handful of black airsoft pellets. Sticks like glue with a few swirls. Strong enough to load quite a few bullets, and nothing leaks from the lid either.
