Looking for someone to install Briley bolt release on Benelli in Niagara/Hamilton

I'm located in the niagara region, ive made a few phone calls but I've got a bit of run around by local guys who were not even aware of what an extended bolt release was, which didnt make me feel too confident about them. The job is fairly simple and I'm considering doing it myself, but would require me to buy some drills and taps that i dont already have, and at that cost i'd be further ahead to just get it done. Requires a #38 drill and 5-40 tap, and some milling (or filing). I'm open to a machinist doing it as well - doesnt necessarily need to be a gun smith.

Thought I'd ask on here first in case anyone has some first hand experience.

Have you contacted Lawry Shooting Sports in Caledonia? They are the Briley dealer in Canada and may be able to suggest who could do the work.

The gunsmith/machinist that Al Simmons subs out this kind of work to is pretty good, fixed up a botched crown job for me. There is one place in your region to definitely avoid, PM me for the name of the business, this guy loves to threaten everyone around him with slander lawsuits and I've heard a bunch of horror stories about his work, never anything good. I was one of his victims, re that crown job I mentioned. He got himself banned from this website, maybe I don't need to worry so much... but still... I'm not taking chances with someone so deranged!

Its a relatively easy DIY job if you decude to tackle it yourself however... i cannot stress the importance of having the hole you drill in the original bolt release as centered as possible if you have to drill right through. If you do not you risk having the bolt release button turning on you or even possibly fall right off from the point of where it is attached to the shell catch part
