Looking for spotting scope

I'm in the market for a spotting scope that will be used for distances Upto 600m. I'll be shooting a 308 rifle, so a 0.308" hole at 600 meters. But usually maxing out at 300 yards.
My budget is 5-1000 for an awesome spotting scope and tripod or whathaveyou. Only requirement is a company with a lifetime warranty.

I've seen benchrest spotters use "Big Eyes" spotting scopes. http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2009/03/ultimate-optics-bigeyes%E2%84%A2-system-from-swfa/

Buy two used scopes and mount them. "Might" be able to see holes at 600m in clear day or the sun behind the target.
Other solution is the "Target Camera".

Bullet holes at 600 meters is not gonna happen for $1000. I am in the same boat and want one that I can see bullet holes with at 500 meters. So far the only one that has shown me it can do it is the Swarovski 80 HD.
That said if mirage is bad no spotting scope will show you the holes at those distances. The Kowa 883 is also fantastic. Both of these cost major coin.

Another one on my list to look at is the Pentax 80ED. It costs $1500 with lens and people say it can see .30 cal holes at 500 on a good day but I will have to see this for myself.

Lifetime warranty? Again maybe Swaro.

Hm what about 300 meters? That's the max I can shoot on regular basis at my range. It seems that I should just wait until after I get a sb scope! Then for for high quality spotting glass like Swarovski
