looking for suggestions on a smallish side focus scope?

I'm planning on a lightweight rifle package with the new Savage 11 LW Hunter, in 7mm-08, and would like a smallish scope to put on, with side focus.

never really looked at side focus scopes before, but I do find the twist focus annoying to use.

recommendations appreciated!

You can't go wrong with the Nikon buckmaster 4.5x14x 40. They have the side focus, are compact and nicely streamlined. Their optics are also nice and clear. I have two of them, and wouldn't hesitate to get another.

thanks for the recommendation S112. when I was saying on the 'smallish' side, I was thinking of something more like 32 - 35mm objective tho. I know it's easy to find larger objective side-focus, but I can't say I've seen much in the way of smaller options.
