Looking for the list of non restricted black rifles

Anyone know where i can find it.

Should be stickied, attached pics of each rifle and specs/info on each.

This question comes up 3 times a week, should be made into an informative page all its own.

Swiss Arms, /thread... Especially since you can get the NEA lower to take AR mags (if that's important to him).
