Looking for the right Scope (Opinions)

Hi i am looking for a scope for my new Remington 700 Police .223 cal I dont have a lot of money to spend but i am looking for something from 6-24 or 6.5-20 with a mil dot and target turrets with quarter clicks Please give me your Opinions Thanks. Mike

I have a Bushnell Elite 4200 6-24X40mm Side Focus with mildots on my .223 M70. It works great and because the objective is only 40mm it mounts nice and low.
